git lesson: Title change for lesson

I would like to see us flip the title to "Introduction to git and collaboration with GitHub".

I would also like us to make the distinction up front that git is a tool and collaboration environments include GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, source forge, and even self hosted gitea https://about.gitea.com
