SciPy Sprint contribution: Linking PyOpenSci tutorials to the relevant chapters in The Turing Way

PyOpenSci tutorials are incredible!! Congrats to this community for creating such accessible resources.

In The Turing Way chapters, we have some details missing that PyOpenSci has covered really well.

During SciPy sprint, I am working on the following

• create some sections in The Turing Way that connects PyOpenSci to make its resources visible/findable to more folks
• identify where The Turing Way chapters can be linked back
