[WIP] Inline Editor won't save changes

As is discernable from the gif below (which @gauravano was very kind to make for me since I was experiencing some issues), the content remains as is after making the edits. As of now I suppose we
can send dummy requests (before and after sets) to /wiki/replace/<wiki_id>, and verify the fact that we're getting the expected response first. If it happens to be so, I'll look into the fetch process in the front and implement the appropriate changes.

I maybe wrong about this. Currently trying out the aforementioned approach on local.

Seems to work on custom urls. Testing if /wiki/replace/<node_id>is sending a 200?

Great sleuthing here! Thanks so much for working through this and i hope the code and docs here are relatively readable -- it's a small "glue" project but the idea was to have very firm inputs and outputs because pre-processing the markdown was a bit complex.
