mew v0.1.1: full Linux, macOS and Windows support

mew v0.1.1 is out, and the headline is simple: mew now runs everywhere you do.

What's new

• Full Linux, macOS and Windows support — cpu, frequency, memory, disk, uptime and os detection all work natively on each platform.
• Prebuilt binaries for all three OSes on every release: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, aarch64-apple-darwin, x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.
• PowerShell hook — mew hook powershell joins bash, zsh, fish and nu.
• Native installers — shell script for Linux/macOS (Homebrew-aware) and a PowerShell installer for Windows.
• Dependencies refreshed to latest, including toml 1.0 and sysinfo 0.39.
