Knowledge 3.4.3: fixing rechecks that stayed open after verification

3.4.3 is out. The main fix is for a frustrating case: you could verify a module and still see old recheck findings for files that the verification had already covered. Those records can now close together when the current source and committed evidence match. Findings outside that coverage stay open.

The release also fixes Windows lock handling, watcher shutdown, repeated updates, Unicode paths in live Mem0 checks, and oversized Inspector requests. Quick Start now has a general connection recipe for agents without a dedicated integration.

If you use an existing installation, follow the upgrade notes so your project configuration and evidence are preserved. For a fresh install, download knowledge-v3.4.3.zip from the release page.
