No settings in plug-in page, but settings in settings area

I'm unable to go to the settings page if using the code in master.

Manually entering the URL of the settings page does take me to it, though:

{my-wordpress-url}/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=poet%2Fadmin%2Fclass-poet-admin.php

The currently released version (and old version without the latest commits from master) works well, though:

OK. This consistently happens when uploading the latest master in a ZIP file to WP.

@markparolisi Have you seen this issue before? It does not seem like something to be concerned about, but it feels a little buggy when encountered.
