Bug: (Null-or-Die) Pack Sync silently aborts on individual malformed song

While troubleshooting my prior issue, I encountered another sync issue specifically with this pack: https://itgdb.net/packs/2020/

I can analyze this pack or individual songs within repeatedly and get the same recommendations every time. No changes are ever made to the songs, even if I make manual changes in the analysis screen. The only reason I can think of for this is that the only charts for each song are classified as Edit as opposed to Expert, Hard, etc... I can't say with 100% certainty that this is the cause but it is an odd situation for a pack.

Might have found the culprit:

Failed to save pack sync changes: No #OFFSET tags found in simfile '/Users/user/Desktop/deadsync/songs/Cookie's Cookies/Cubibibibism/Cubibibibism.ssc

I added #OFFSET:0.000; to that file and the pack sync applied the recommended change to that file and then complained about the next one alphabetically for the same issue and silently aborted again. It appears performing a pack sync will silently abort on a song error rather than skip an errored song and apply changes to the remaining songs.
