Feature request: add Show block condition option

I suggest to enrich "Conditions to hide block" section: add choice to hide or show block using conditions set.
In this case there will be possibility to create blocks for particular type of ticked/object based on condition(s)

There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale

If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
