So in my specific case, I installed Codex CLI after installing T3 Code, and my suspicion is that it somehow screwed up the init process not having Codex installed yet. I was able to fix by uninstalling and reinstalling T3 Code.

Have this on 0.0.11 on Bazzite (Fedora). App image installed and managed by Gear Lever, was working fine on 0.0.8? I'll download older versions and see when the regression was introduced for my instance at least.

I asked claude to fix the issue, and it worked, here it its the summary of the claude's changes

The original problem:

A previous commit (33791cd) renamed claudeCode → claudeAgent in all the source code — the schemas, adapters, types, etc. But it forgot to update the
database. The database still has old rows with "claudeCode" stored in them from before the rename.

So when the app starts:

1. It reads data from SQLite → finds "claudeCode"
2. It tries to validate that against the schema → schema only knows "codex" and "claudeAgent" now
3. Validation fails → crash → restart → same crash → infinite loop

What my fix does:

It adds a database migration that converts the old "claudeCode" values to "claudeAgent" in all the tables. This is the migration that should have been included
in the original rename commit.

Why it works for everyone:

Anyone who used the Claude provider before that rename commit has "claudeCode" stuck in their database. The migration runs automatically on startup and fixes it.
Users who started fresh after the rename don't have "claudeCode" in their database, so the migration simply updates zero rows — harmless.

Here is the PR with the fix (I would be very happy if its the ideal solution and we could merge this so I can become a contributor :D)
