Problem
When an agent pauses for a command or tool approval, I have to click Approve. I use custom permission hooks to keep certain actions subject to my approval, even in Full access mode. These prompts can occur many times in a coding session, so moving from the keyboard to the mouse for each one breaks my flow.
Proposed behavior
Let me approve the pending request in the active thread from the keyboard. Enter when the approval card is active would be convenient; a configurable shortcut would also work. Show the shortcut on the card so it is discoverable.
The key should approve only the request currently shown, with the same effect as clicking Approve. It should not fire while I am typing in another field or using another control. If several requests are pending, each still needs its own decision. Custom permission hooks and Full access behavior should keep their current meaning.
Why this matters
This would let me review each request and continue an agent run without reaching for the mouse. I want a faster way to give an explicit approval, not automatic approval.
If this fits the project, I may follow up with a small PR.
Example
The screenshot shows a command approval card with the blocked composer below it. The arrow points to the button I would like to activate from the keyboard.

Expose more actions as bindable keybinding commands covers other keyboard actions, but does not include approving permission requests.
