Docker image not loading (Pinetwrok NODE)

Hello,
I'm having problems with Docker not working properly.
I installed everything, but when I start it, it only pulls the port checker image.
I don't know what to do anymore. I've already reinstalled everything multiple times and it still doesn't work.

Can someone please help me?
