incorrect formatting within settings tabs

I want to make the formatting between the different tabs in settings more consistent.

here are some problem areas:
Delete Options
Imports and Exports
User Options

Here are the areas that are good:
App Options
Relationship Types
Interaction Types
Social Account Types
API Settings
API Documentation
