Wrong symlink for detect-libc

During deployment on AWS ELB on a AL2 based environment the process broke up because of a wrong symlink:
programs/server/npm/node_modules/meteor/peerlibrary_fiber-utils/node_modules/.bin/detect-libc: no such file or directory

I've checked the symlink on local and it was wrong as well. I guess it should be easy to fix this by adding a correct dependency.

I have no idea where is that coming from? That looks like some node module which installs it?

If you figure it out, please make a PR.

If you copy package to packages folder it works!
