Nuisance: battery SoC more-info difficult to access on touch devices #62
Description
This is not a bug, but it is a usability issue, especially on smartphones when using touch.
I have two battery systems configured. When I tap the battery icon, the entire div (e.g. XXX W | YY% <icon>) is treated as a single touch target, and the more-info dialog for the “Battery Power” entity opens. Only when I tap directly on the (very small) SoC percentage does the more-info dialog for the “SoC” entity appear.
In practice, I care much more about the SoC trend than the current power value, but accessing it is difficult on a touch device due to the small tap area.
It would be helpful to either:
- Provide an option to define which entity opens the more-info dialog when tapping the card, or
- Expand the touch target for the SoC entity—for example, by including the battery icon in its tap area.
