How to update GDAL and PROJ4 version

I want to update the latest version of GDAL 3.0 and PROJ4 6.0 but there was an error with sqlite3 lib.
And I did not find MBTiles driver in your AAR lib at here (#11 (comment))
You can update the Readme again. Please help me

I have tried to follow your instructions, but probably because GDAL 3.0 has changed the way you built with PROJ4 6.0. So the build has failed.
If you have time, please help me build the version of GDAL 3.0 to AAR

Thanks for the info - I will take a look at upgrading to GDAL 3.2.
