[Request] Add gifti files generation in the anat folder

Hi, it's a great pipeline! It would be better if there were surf.gii files and shape.gii files in the anat folder like the following first picture. It would be convenient for users if gifti files under the corresponding surface spaces could be generated by --anat_gifti in the command. And these surface spaces are consistent with the specified by --bold_surface_spaces.

Now, these gifti files will only be generated when --bold_cifti is added, even though they have nothing to do with cifti.

If --bold_cifti is not added, there will be no gifti files in the anat folder, as shown in the following picture.

Now, to obtain these gifti files, I need to convert the relevant files in folder Recon through mris_convert command in FreeSurfer. I sincerely hope that the next version can add this function! Thanks~
