Does Fossify Phone not do DTMF Tones?

I'm on a Pixel 9, installed via F-Droid, all permissions are enabled, it is my default phone app, but I am totally unable to navigate hold menus ("push 1 to speak with a customer service rep"). I can hear the tone when I press buttons, but it is not apparently getting to the far end of the call. Thanks for any help

Could be a system/carrier issue. Sometimes, I have had this happen with some services but not others. Does the issue go away if you call using your system phone app?

If this is only happening while using Fossify Phone, please file a bug report.
