Replicate orcmid/readings and miser/readings in orcmid.github.io/bib for consolidation of bibliographic material

This will complicate citations from Miser Project, so it is important to find and repair any references to the bib entries here. The idea is they can be found at orcmid.github.io/bib/ and it will all work by relative references, ideally.
