feature request: change "h friends_and_followers" to something shorter

its a lot to type and consequently slowed the rate at which i learned commands for this lovely tool. my suggestion is to change it to "h u" where "u" stands for user.

although i just discovered the tab-complete feature. but still, seems like making this shorter would be useful?
