Really test the ZIM on all readers

While I was convinced to have tested the ZIM on all readers, I do not find an issue about these tests and experience shows that I've missed some.

• kiwix-serve
• kiwix-apple
• kiwix-android
• kiwix-desktop
• kiwix-js

Few issues have been identified in kiwix-apple and kiwix-android and reported upstream to AFH:

• [kiwix-apple] Map is not displayed full-screen #72
• [kiwix-apple] Search doesn't work as expected #59
• [kiwix-android] Pan does not work as expected #69

All other readers are OK:

• kiwix-serve:
  • on recent Chrome and Firefox on my Mac
  • on recent Chrome and Firefox on my Android phone
  • on recent Edge on Windows 11
  • on Chrome on Orange Tablet v2 (does not work at all on Tablet v1, but this is so old it is not such a surprise)
• kiwix-js (tested both PWA in Firefox and extension in Chrome, both on my Mac)

Kiwix desktop also doesn't work at all:

We have two new ZIMs ready to test:

There is no more planned changes on these ZIMs in release 0.2.0, only issues left in the release will not change the ZIM content, so it is the right moment to confirm they work as expected.

Two important things to keep in mind:

• monaco ZIM is just for testing, we will not release it, only meaningful to not have to download GBs to only test everything fits as expected ; you have only one place to search for ("Comune de Monaco") and the zoom level resulting in the search is not perfect as expected due to Enhance search result zoom level #44 not been solved ATM
• if you've already opened these ZIMs on your reader, it will have saved last location so it might open at random place (if we were at a random place last time you closed the ZIM, as requested in Keep depth over navigation #9) ; in order to check were the ZIM will open for "new comers" you need to clear your local storage ; testing the "home" button should also give the same result

@kelson42 @Popolechien Please kindly test them on your reader(s) of choice and report issues ; I especially need help to test on iOS since I don't have such a device ; I will do the thorough testing on all readers

Nothing in particular, everything in details since we've changed many things since 0.1.0.

Thank you very much. Note that it will be a 0.2.0, we use semantic versioning and I have no faith into having stable CLI arguments ATM.
