For this feature, we want to go ahead and add a monad logo at the menu bar at the bottom. Upon pressing that button it should open up a page where the user can write commands. This is then sent to the AI pipeline, which should have the ability to handle these commands. That includes the following abilites.
- create a new project
- reassess milestones and current project based on previous progress.
- create new daily goals based on the user's suggestions of what is important.
This pipeline needs to be implemented and work with the app.
