feat: Add extra information on network and blocks page

Summary

Already fetching all the latest blocks. With that information we can display graphic and detailed resume

Motivation

Doing a meetup, we realize that we can display more information and graphs like gas tendencies

Proposed Solution

• On network page. Add a new curve with gas tendency between network header and txs and blocks tables
• On blocks page. It should go before blocks table
