Absolute href

When fetching data from API, links provided are sometimes absolute, sometimes relative. It could be fixed in the frontend but it would be better to be consistent. 😄

outgoing links are indeed absolute, we haven't got a clear definition about the link relations and what they're for.

Outgoing links are used for

• a details screen about a document (aka "meta") on iubel
• html view for OJ documents ("html")

this is related to the

• /{ecli}
• /text/{ecli}
• /html/{ecli}
• /pdf/{ecli}
  endpoints, which should return the document in the specified format. It's a work-in-progress, I'm not as of yet completely out of the woods on this subject (waiting for the "eureka" moment)
