Subject: [PATCH] ci: automerge minor and patch updates, patch only below 1.0

Renovate now merges minor, patch, digest, pin and lock file updates once CI passes. Dependencies still in 0.x only get patch updates merged automatically, since a 0.x minor can break compatibility. Major updates keep waiting for a review.
