Feature Description
This Fast Track Change extends the existing Qualtrics Survey XBlock query parameter support.
Today the block supports a single param_name field for sending the anonymous learner ID. This change adds settings-driven user query params for user_id, anonymous_id, email, and username, keeps per-block static extra_params, combines all params into one encoded query string, and preserves backward compatibility for existing param_name usage.
This is a small, scoped update to an existing XBlock with tests and documentation included.
