Description
Currently, a user assigned the Course Editor role can view and edit course content in Studio. However, when the user attempts to edit the content of any existing component by clicking the edit icon button, the UI only allows to edit the component title.
Expected behavior
A Course Editor should be allowed to edit any part of the course, sections, units and components.
Actual behavior
The UI does not shows the content of the existing components as editable fields.
Steps to reproduce
Log in to Studio with an account that has the Course Editor role for a specific course.
Navigate to the course outline.
Locate any existing unit component and click on the edit icon button.
The ui shows the title as editable field but not the content.
