We need to move the BTR meeting transcript / recording from august 24 to the right folder

Reasoning

Looks like zapier actions were not working correctly so the Open edX meeting bot didn't move the BTR recording/transcript to the right folder & didn't post it in slack (by @sarina ❤️)

I sent a request for access for those docs, and I'll move them once I get that.

@ormsbee - i think the problem is that the meetings@openedx.org integration isn't working - maybe the zapier action? you'll need to log in as meetings@ to get access to the docs - that should be the owner. i noticed the product working group didn't get their meeting assets posted in slack either, possibly other WGs this week as well should be checked.

I moved the files for that particular meeting, and I believe the root issue is fixed thanks to @e0d. I'll keep this in "blocked" for a couple more days just to verify that everything's working as it should be, and then I'll close it.

It worked this time, I could review the notes! Zapier action didn't publish the transcripts on the channel but I got this email
