ci(test): pass GITHUB_TOKEN to test step for authenticated GitHub API calls

The integration test TestIntegration_Updater_GetLatestVersion_RealAPI calls the real GitHub API. Without auth, shared CI runner IPs hit the 60 req/hour limit. Passing GITHUB_TOKEN raises the limit to 5000 req/hour.
