[Bug]: AzApi resources by default expanded and can be hard to read when converted to MD plan

What happened?

We use quite some AzApi resources when using this tool which is great btw. We notice two things.

1. By default the AzApi resources are expanded instead of collapsed
2. The resources can be hard to read sometimes due to the AzApi structure most likely.

How to reproduce

• Create a AzApi resource
• Run Terraform plan
• run the tfplan2md on the terraform plan

1. I am working on a fix that sets all resources to collapsed by default, unless they have code analysis warnings (in this case they will be open). In a later release, I am probably adding a command line argument so that you can specify the default (always closed, always open, open if there are code analysis warnings).

2. I have some ideas on how to improve azapi resources, I don't know yet when I will implement them. I don't have such a deep nesting for my own azapi resources. It would be great if you could provide a plan.json that shows some hard to read resources (replace / strip all subscription IDs and other private/sensitive info from the plan). If you cannot provide a plan: which resource types are the hardest to read for you currently?
