Custom styling of tags

Hi! This extension is fantastic, and is so far my favourite extension of this type.

The styles I'm using are background-dependent, instead of foreground (i.e. the background is coloured and the text is black). This causes a problem however with the tags with the rounded rectangle borders, because those are showing with the foreground colour (black) against a dark background, which makes them hard to see. They also look slightly odd because they don't scale with the font size.

I would like to fill the rounded rectangle with a similar background colour (perhaps darker though so the tag stands out).

Please could you consider adding some settings to customize these tags? It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
