Problem

Outdated examples reduce trust and increase adoption friction.

What needs to happen

• audit examples against current SDK API
• fix or remove stale examples
• mark illustrative examples clearly
• keep README references aligned with working examples

• broken or stale examples are removed or fixed
• example categories are documented
