make the website easier to find

When searching (in relation to the EEG101 online meeting), I realized that the website is rather hard to find.

Can you update the "Hackathon" link that is shown on https://ossig.netlify.app, which now still points to the 2025 version?

Can you also add the link https://ohbm.github.io/hackathon2026/ to the repository "About" section (on the right when you look at the repository start page here on GH) and to the README document? I now found it by going through the deployments.

Furthermore, could you perhaps get it added to https://brainhack.org?

I have already requested an update to the OSSIG website, and I also updated the repository About section. I will also proceed with requesting that it be added to brainhack.org.
