How should rmcl handle running Minecraft instances when it gets closed?

I am currently not sure what the best way is to handle Minecraft processes when rmcl gets closed.

Option	Pros	Cons
Keep Minecraft running	The game does not get closed when rmcl gets restarted, updated or crashes	rmcl loses track of the running instance
Close Minecraft together with rmcl	Process handling is simpler and rmcl always knows if the instance is running	Closing rmcl would also close the game, which could be annoying or happen accidentally
Detect it again after reopening rmcl	Minecraft can stay open and rmcl could continue tracking it	Detecting the correct process reliably on every platform could be more complicated
Add a setting for it	Everyone could choose the behavior they prefer	It still does not solve the problem of tracking an already running instance

I would probably keep Minecraft running by default and later add a way for rmcl to detect and track it again after reopening.
