Let's create a GHA job that will, on every time we push to master, instantiate all lints and collect their motive()-s (.md files). Then, it will put all these Markdown files into the gh-pages branch, in the motives directory, and push. Then, it will modify the README file, inserting a list of all lints into it. Currently, we have a list there, but it's static. This one should be removed and a dynamically generated one should take its place.
