Middleman error

Hi @ValkyrieUK what does your config.ru look like ?
If you are not using middleman .. then you wouldn't need :

# Build the static site when the app boots
StaticAuth::Cli::Commands.build_middleman

otherwise this will try to build a static site on rackup.
