feat: pds Info/landing page

Describe the feature

Our PDS at npmx.social is popping. It is probably getting time for us to have a page dedicated to the PDS giving some information. I think a page inside the main app will serve well. Maybe something like npmx.dev/pds and I can redirect npmx.social to it.

Some nice to haves

• Some info that this is npmx's PDS for new accounts and others who wish to migrate.
• The location is a Hetzner datacenter in Nuremberg, Germany
• A link to migrate to the pds with PDS MOOver (https://pdsmoover.com/moover/npmx.social)
• A fun little display like our GitHub contributor one we have in the about page. I hacked one in and the code can be stolen borrowed from this branch
• A og image for when we share links to npmx.social would be nice.

I think this page can grow and hold more info as well as links to our docs that go into more details, but I think this is a good start so we have something to show.
