`web` generator should not render the search bar if `orama-db` is not enabled

When exploring getting started experiences within #889 - I noticed that if you only generate with web, we still by default render the search bar, yet it does nothing.

The best experience would be to only render that if orama-db is also set.

There are cases where we want a search bar to render even without orama-db, for instance, if you want multiple doc-kit instances to rely on the same database for search.

Perhaps make this toggleable showSearchBar: userSuppliedValue ??isOramaDbSet

I'd like to work on this. I'll add a showSearchBar web option that defaults to whether orama-db is targeted, preserve explicit true/false overrides, conditionally render the search UI, and add configuration coverage.
