[screen-toolkit][BUG] OCR, Lens, Measure broken on multiple displays (also Gif FS and Rec FS)

Bug description

When using OCR, Lens, or Measure, nothing happens after selecting a screen region unless I turn off my second display. Gif FS and Rec FS target my second display which is not ideal.

Turning off my second display with niri msg output DP-2 off makes it work as expected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have two displays (might be due to second display being on DP-2 and main display on DP-3) (might also be due to bar being disabled on second display)
2. Select one of the options
3. Select screen region

Expected behavior

OCR options open on main display, Lens opens web browser, Measure copies to clipboard, and Gif/Rec FS record main display.

Actual behavior

OCR, Lens, and Measure do nothing after selecting screen region. Gif/Rec FS record second display

A setting to choose which display you want to use for toolkit would probably be good.

Another niri problem and how can I even reproduce this, I am using laptop don't have second screen 😅.

Anyway I will need you to test the plugin part by part , like I really need to know where the problem, I can't reproduce your problem (no niri , no monitors) so , at least I need you to exactly pin point the error sorry
