How do you actually run this package?

There is a short video showing a small window opening prompting you to type Export to bring up the option of using this package, but what is the action to bring up this small window? Thank you

On MacOS, cmd-shift-p, then type "export". Then use the mouse to click "Export Html: Export". Please note the package setting to "Open In: Atom" was very inconsistently working, so I changed the setting to "Open In: Browser" then it worked as expected.
