NV scanner pods needs to be restarted to support Critical CVE stats.
Explanation:
If scanner pods are older than controller-5.6.0-rc1 pods, then the 3 scanners asked controller-5.5.3 about controller's capability, controller-5.5.3 would reply that it doesn't support critical-level severity.
After controllers are upgraded to 5.6.0-rc1, scanners still think controllers do not support critical-level severity.
After redeploying the scanner again, scanners ask controller-5.6.0-rc1 again. controller-5.6.0-rc1 reply that it supports critical-level severity.
