Proposed Functionality

The nist.get_nist_urls() module will take a value as a custom nist driver.

Use Case

In the event that a netutils mapping does not already exist, and particularly in environments that use a lot of "one off" vendor/os installments, a value can be provided that will create the proper NIST url.
