change "delivered to table toggle" to a checkbox

Instead of using a toggle button to show whether the events have been delivered to the table, can this be changed to a check box? It would also be nice to be able to undeliver to the table by unclicking the checkbox if this was clicked by accident.

An undo button or de-selecting delivered to table is complicated and therefor outside of scope for this SOW. @sarahmoulton will look into other actions that should include a confirmation step as an alternative.
