Add Project Workflow and Fix Validation Workflow Name

This repository is missing the add-to-project.yml. Also, the existing validation-test.yml workflow is named "Internal Build And Run EdsLib Validation Tests" despite this workflow not being internal.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add add-to-project and remove the "Internal" keyword for validation-test.yml.
