Service might not start on boot due to SQL Server not yet started #10

Describe the bug
When Windows starts the SupportManager.Web service might not start due to SQL Server not being available.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Reboot PC
Expected behavior
SupportManager.Web should wait until SQL Server becomes available, preferably using service dependencies.
