Suggestion: Merge Docker support to upstream (valeryan/vscode-phpsab)

I really appreciate the Docker support you've added here. Have you considered submitting a Pull Request to merge these changes back into the original repository (valeryan/vscode-phpsab)? It would be great to have this functionality available in the main version of the extension.
