nokia-argon (maybe also other feature phone) : hunging tty

feature phone use spi screen hence they all use the panel-mipi-dbi panel driver

For some reason the driver caused the tty to hung which mean also caused xorg to hung as well

however wayland work fine

Also rm -rf /dev/tty* fixed the xorg issue

chvt hang too which mean tty is proby broken

Screen doesn't work for some reason in kernels 6.11 and higher. So if one wants to use this device normally, they should use pmOS 24.06 or earlier.

maybe they are refering to this issue
