🐞 Calling the URL scheme causes the Loop icon to appear in the Dock

When calling Loop’s URL scheme, the Loop icon appears in the Dock, even when “Show in Dock” is set to false in Settings.

3. The Loop icon appears in the Dock.

Looks like the reopen event fires before the URL event and opens the settings window, which switches the activation policy to .regular. I can put up a fix that closes the settings window after handling the URL if the dock icon is set to hidden. Happy to submit a PR if that sounds right.
