Description
Context
ADR-012 Milestone 5 describes hub-and-spoke governance: a central Master Claw ingesting telemetry from multiple remote pods, with cross-pod authentication and a centralized governance example.
What's needed
- Remote telemetry ingestion endpoint in
claw-api - Cross-pod authentication (pod-to-pod principal trust)
- Central Master Claw example governing multiple independent pods
- Consider push vs pull model for remote telemetry
This is the furthest-out milestone in ADR-012 and depends on the read plane, write plane, and single-pod Master Claw example being complete.
