Use EIP-712 typed structure when signing

Great tool you guys have here!

I have a feature request to send EIP-712 typed signature payload for signing by wallets, instead of just the payload hash. This way you can validate signature payload in detail on the hardware wallet device instead of using the hash from the foundry script.

I will happily make a PR in the next couple weeks when I have some time.
