During install the test_suites.zip file downloaded from zenodo into resources\user didnt unpack so the test/integration workflow failed. The zip was actually corrupted (which maybe cause the issue), manually downloading and unpacking from zenodo fixed the issue for me.
This could be a one-time accident and I can stress test it later :)
